The Easy Kolu Kit is easy to assemble and takes only 15 minutes and two people. No tools are needed, and there are no loose nuts or bolts to keep track of. If you have any questions regarding assembly, please see the Contact Us page to contact the builder.

 

Each kit contains:

• One pair of side supports (or three supports for wide widths)
• Two stabilizing rods
• Cloth holding rods (one for each step, except for the top step)
• Wood planks for steps (local pickup only)

Kits that are shipped do not include wood planks for steps. They can be purchased locally from a lumber or home improvement store.

ASSEMBLY UPDATE: The assembly instructions video on this page does not reflect recent changes to the design that simplify assembly. Your kit now contains two additional stabilizer rods — four total. Instead of placing the second-step plank at the start of assembly to stabilize the structure, place and connect the top horizontal stabilizer rod color coded light blue → green between left and right supports. Also place the yellow → yellow rod at bottom front. This eliminates the need for a plank to make the Kolupadi stable during assembly. 

The orange → blue bottom rod and orange → green diagonal rod are still used as described in the video instructions.
